REFUND POLICY

In the event that your purchases are not up to your satisfaction, we are pleased to be of your assistance.

To be eligible for refund, kindly see the following:

• Carelife does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully when ordering.
• To make a claim relating to your product for damage in transport or incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done within 48 hours of receiving your goods.

 By whatsapp with photo of products or by email. 

• Items can only be returned if the items have not been opened, used, unpacked or damaged.
• Your product must be in the original packaging. 
• You are responsible for the items to be sent back to us until they reach us, and agree to assume the costs associated with the returning purchased item(s) to us.
• We will replace your item with a new item or refund.

 Refund will be made either one of the condition is met:

• The product is not as per order. (E.g. Wrong product/wrong delivered). Our Company shall not be liable under the foregoing warranty if any loss or damage is caused by improper application or use of the goods.
• The product is expired after received.
• The product is broken or damage when receive.
• The received quantity is different with the ordered quantity.

Pack your return well to prevent damage in transit. Use postal service with track & trace to prevent lost.
